Dr. Busch is a licensed psychologist specializing in pediatrics and has presented nationally on a variety of topics related to integrated behavioral health, early childhood psychology and behavior concerns, and providing ethical care from an ecological systems perspective.

Her clinical and research experiences in academic medicine focused on program development efforts to create and expand integrated behavioral health programs and addressing systemic biases by providing culturally-informed clinical care. Dr. Busch also has extensive experience teaching and supervising psychology trainees and medical residents and students in these areas, with special focus on identifying and addressing burnout.

Dr. Busch is available for consultation and training with hospitals, schools, community mental health providers, and other groups on a variety of topics. She provides thoughtful, thorough, research-backed information and tailors the topics and her approach to the requests and needs of each individual organization.
