The Center for Pediatric Psychology provides a free 15-minute consultation call with all families who are interested in pursuing treatment. In this call, you will speak with Dr. Busch directly to determine if the treatment provided at The Center for Pediatric Psychology can meet you and your child’s needs. If not, Dr. Busch will provide you with a few tailored recommendations for next steps or referrals to help guide you on your search.
Following an initial consultation call, an intake evaluation appointment is scheduled. Families will complete a packet of intake forms to help guide that initial appointment. In the intake evaluation, your concerns will be discussed in great detail, and we will develop a treatment plan and recommendations for next steps.
The length of treatment varies on a case-by-case basis with many variables contributing. The intake evaluation will help determine what the course of treatment will look like.

The Center for Pediatric Psychology is an Out of Network provider, meaning that we do not directly work with insurance companies. Payment is requested at the time of service.
However, because the services we provide are so specialized, many insurance companies do not have anyone in-network with the unique training to provide the treatment that we do. For this reason, we recommend that all of our families contact their insurance companies to request a “gap exception.” For more information about this process, please contact us.
Fees for services:
Intake evaluation (initial session) - $295
60-minute sessions - $275
45-minute session - $250
Length of sessions is determined by presenting concern and a mutually agreed upon treatment plan discussed at the beginning of treatment.

The Center for Pediatric Psychology offers a mix of both in-person and teletherapy services. Generally, intake evaluations are conducted in-person, at which point a treatment plan is created and recommendations are made for how to proceed.
